Kristen is Chief Program Officer at the National Conference on Citizenship (NCoC) where she is responsible for researching, developing and implementing all programs and special initiatives, including the Annual Conference, The Civic 50, the Civic Data Challenge, NCoC.net, and the Civic Health Index portfolio.
