PANEL: Searching Big Data at Web-Scale and Enterprise-Scale

For many end-users and executives, the purpose of the revolution in big data tools, Hadoop technologies, and database technologies is the ability to search more data faster. This is especially true for searching the web of information (websites, tweets, social data) or an enterprise of information (documents, historic data, transactions). Have Hadoop and big data tools dramatically changed the way we search - or is each type of search (for tweets, for ediscovery document mentions, or for image recognition patterns) so different and distinct that they need their own technology stack? What is the next frontier of data we should soon be able to search?
